· Our Tote Bags are custom printed to order, we process and ship to you as quickly as possible.
· Production Time: 2 - 4 Business Days, then an additional 10 - 25 Business days for Shipping.
· If you have ordered the Tote Bag as part of an order that includes footwear (shoes/boots) which have free DHL Express shipping, we will do our very best to send your bag as part of the Express order with DHL, however this is not guaranteed.
· Items are shipped by EMS. Customers will receive a tracking number via email when the package is dispatched.
· If you miss your delivery you will receive a calling card from the courier which will give instructions on what to do next.
