SHIPPING

Items are printed to each order and processing times for printing  for most items can take 2 - 3 business days from receiving your order.  

For sneakers, shoes & boots the processing times are 3 - 7 days.

For all items (*except Shoes) orders will be shipped with FedEx Smartpost or UPS Surepost, depending on the location in the US. For domestic orders within the US, please allow up to 1 - 6 business days for shipping. Please add processing times to the shipping times. 

Production Time: 3 - 7 Days, then an additional 4 - 7 days for Shipping. Most customers will receive their sneakers/shoes/boots in 10-14 days after an order is processed. Customers will receive a tracking number via email after order processing when the package is dispatched.

For international orders outside of the US, orders will ship via UPS. Please allow 1-2 weeks. Please add processing times to the shipping times.

For international orders, you are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as jonathannickles cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country. 

To make it easy for our customers, we offer flat rate shipping*. It doesn't matter if it's a phone case, mug, hoodie or even a backpack. We keep the shipping price the same on all products.
